We are approved BYU contracted housing.  Affordable living at Wellington II Condos is ideally located right next to BYU campus, on Condo Row. Our unit contracts includes Google Fiber, water, sewer, and trash. Tenants split the electric and gas between themselves.   Two shared rooms, one bathroom with separate vanity sinks, in-unit laundry, central air and heating. It is fully furnished and kitchen has dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, and microwave. Granite countertops throughout, tile in kitchen and bathroom, carpet in living room and bedrooms. 

Our contracts are one year - August 15, 2026 through August 15, 2027.

The rent for this period of time is $6300.00. This works out to be $525/month.
