BYU Housing Policy

Wellington II is a contracted housing provider to BYU for Eligible Female BYU Students. Eligible is defined by BYU as follows:

Starting on Monday, August 22, 2022, in addition to single, matriculated BYU students, only the following students will be eligible to live in BYU Off-Campus Contracted Housing: 
- BYU evening students. 
- BYU Flex GE students. 
- BYU English Language Center students. 
- BYU Salt Lake Center students. 
- BYU–Hawaii students. 
- BYU–Idaho students. 
- Ensign College students. 

- Institute students who are not enrolled in the approved list of programs or institutions above are NOT eligible to live in BYU Off-Campus Contracted Housing (Wellington II Condominiums).

About Wellington II Condominiums

The property is located just 1.5 blocks south of the BYU campus on the popular “Condo Row”! It features large Shared rooms for up to 4 individuals. The walk to BYU is a short 1.5 minute walk. A full size Washer and Dryer are located in each unit. Dishwasher, large refrigerator, disposal, microwave are all included. Also, the apartment is fully furnished with beds, dressers, desks, sofas, tables and more. All units are wired for Google Fiber high speed internet. Central Heating and air conditioning keeps you comfortable year round. Perfect for students wanting to live in BYU contracted housing. Each of the units are individually owned by different owners; therefore, amenities, furnishings and lease details will differ from unit to unit. Contact Unit owner for complete details (see below).

1.5 Blocks from BYU, Easy Access To UVX, Washer/Dryer In Apartment, Garbage Disposal, Dishwasher, Fully Furnished, Wired For Google Fiber High Speed Internet, Central Heating & Air Conditioning, 2 Assigned Parking stall per Unit & 10 unassigned parking stalls. University Parking Enforcement (UPE) monitors parking, for which they may charge a small registration fee
