We are Jan & Laura Koontz and we own Unit #33.
We work hard to have a nice place for you to live while attending BYU.
From our unit you can see the new Engineering Building and the Life Sciences Building among others - we are close to campus. Wellington II is actually closer to the Wilkinson Center than many of the northern Heritage Halls buildings.
Our contracts are one year - August 31, 2024 through August 15, 2025.
The rent for this period of time is $6300.00. This works out to be $525/month.
